Confirmation of payment and Dispatch

Upon receiving confirmation of your payment, your order will be dispatched promptly. You will receive an e-mail or SMS containing a parcel tracking number, depending on the shipping method used.

Delivery Methods (within South Africa)

• Fastway Couriers: We primarily utilize Fastway Couriers to deliver orders door to door. This service requires a physical address and is limited to Fastway Couriers’ main designated delivery areas.
• PAXI: For addresses outside of Fastway Couriers’ main designated delivery areas, we dispatch orders via Paxi to all Pep stores nationwide.

Shipping Costs

The standard shipping fee of R90 applies to all orders, regardless of the parcel size and delivery method used. (See below for a free delivery option).

Free Delivery

Any order exceeding R500 (excluding postage) will receive free delivery as well as a free mystery gift. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery Times

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific courier service used.

• Fastway Couriers: Once dispatched, you can utilize the provided tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on the Fastway website.
• PAXI: You will be sent SMSs (to the provided cellphone number) on dispatch of the order and on arrival of the parcel at your nearest Pep Store.
